Yoga is not only practiced on the mat, you can also take yoga into your kitchen by applying one of the principles within the 1st limb of yoga (Check the Yamas on the eight limbs of yoga) called Ahimsa which translates as non-harming, non-violence or compassion.

 

The recipes I'm sharing are recipes that I have created or collected during my travels around the world. Some of the recipes were passed on to me from dear friends from Italy, Fiji, Australia, England, America, and family from Chile, and I've made my  own modifications to make them compassionate integrating Ahimsa =)
