Monday classes are perfect for new practitioners, in this class we move slowly from posture to posture and it's a great time to get a good foundation to yoga basics.

Wednesday Yin yoga is a passive practice that consists of mainly postures done on the floor; prone, supine or seated. This practice works deeply into the connective tissue and meridian (energy) pathways of the body, stimulating the movement of chi and circulation.

Thursday classes are dynamic and particularly good for people who are physically active (practice any sport or enjoy challenges) and who has been practicing yoga regularly for at least 6 months.

* Fusion Flow is blend of styles combining Indian and Taoist yoga in which there's a step by step progression and repetition of postures that turns into a smooth flow which is known as the Dragon Dance.

If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it with you. Otherwise a yoga mat can be rented for £3 (free with first class only)

A private class is ideal for those new to yoga, working with a particular condition, and/or want something in particular out of the practice; whether it is to calm and relax the mind, have a gentle soothing stretch, treat an injury through yoga or to become more flexible. This class is planned according to your particular needs and are a great place to build a safe strong foundation.

* Private classes need to be booked at least a week before the class as I have limited availability.
