The asana is not as important as it is to know how to approach it on an individual level" Berni Clark

Yin Yoga is a perfect opportunity to slow down, to let go of attachments to a particular outcome and to get curious about the inner dimensions of Being. Yin is a gateway into stillness, self care and heightened presence.

This certified Yin TTC will be an immersive journey for both yoga teachers and dedicated students alike.

This training is for you if you feel called to:

  • Dive deeper into greater knowledge of your multi-layered self (body, mind, emotions and energy)

  • Learn about the elements you are in constant relationship with

  • Explore healing tools to support homeostasis

  • Either become a yin teacher or develop your understanding of how yin works

Join Amor and experienced acupuncturist, Marcela Correa in this training where they will share their knowledge and understanding of how yoga postures can stimulate the energy pathways in the body in order to enhance the quality of your physical and  emotional well-being.

FAQ

Are payment plans available?

Yes! Finances should never be the limiting factor when embarking on a journey that you are passionate about. Course fees are due in full 20 days before the start of a training course or at least 50% of it. Contact me at info@yogabasingstoke.com if you would like to discuss a payment plan that suits your individual needs.

Do I need to be interested in teaching?

If you are already a certified yoga teacher, this course will qualify you to teach yin yoga if you complete the necessary requirements. However, you can enrol solely for your own personal development and understanding of yin. The tools you learn during this program will enable you to gain greater understanding of your yoga practice, energy systems in your body and correlation to organs, emotions, mind, and the correlation all these have in your life.

Eligibility & Yoga Alliance:

This training is open for all, however only certified yoga teachers (upon successful completion of the training) would be entitled to teach yin and eligible to add the hours as CE (Continuing education points) with Yoga Alliance international or yoga alliance professionals (UK). This training is recognised by yoga alliance International.

NOTE: This course is open to experienced students who have not completed a teacher training course, but wish to deepen their understanding of yoga in an immersive environment ( there's no homework requirements to be completed since no certification would be provided.)

The work we do on ourselves becomes our gift to everyone else.
