TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOGA RETREATS

The Contract is made between you and Yoga Blissipline, RG24 9BF Basingstoke

 

1. BOOKING PROCEDURE

 

(a) On making a booking , each person attending is accepting the terms of these Booking Conditions.

(b) Payment of a non-refundable deposit to confirm your space in the retreat (amount varies according to retreat)


When booking with early bird discount for retreat outside the UK, 50% of the total amount due is expected within 6 months from the beginning date of the retreat. The rest will be paid up to 3 months prior group’s arrival. 


For retreats in the UK, 50% of the total amount due is expected within 2 months from the beginning date of the retreat. The rest will be paid up to 1 month prior group’s arrival. 

 

If the outstanding payment is not received 12 or 4 weeks before the retreat dates (depending on retreat) we retain your deposit and apply the Cancellation Charge set out in Paragraph 4.

(c) For retreats taking place abroad, bookings made within 12 weeks of the date of departure, will require full payment immediately upon confirmation of the booking. Once payment has been made any subsequent cancellation will incur Cancellation Charges as set out in paragraph 3.

(d) Your booking is considered definite and a contract will exist between you and Yoga Blissipline only when an email of confirmation has been sent to you. No contract will exist between us prior to our issuing the confirmation email.

(e) We reserve the right to increase the prices published prior to the time that you book your holiday. However, the price you agreed on upon booking, will be maintained to you. Any increase in price will be advised to you before you book the holiday.

 

 

2. PRICES

Retreat prices include accommodation, meals as stipulated, all group yoga classes, all activities and trips as stipulated in the booking confirmation e-mail . 
Our prices exclude flights, travel insurance, tips, optional excursions and treatments, extra yoga tuitions, transfers from airports and train stations unless otherwise stated. 

 

3. CANCELLATION BY YOU

 

You (or any member of your party) may cancel your retreat at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is communicated to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. 

Deposits are non-refundable, however, your place can be transferred to a friend or family. 

As this incurs administrative costs, we will retain your deposit and, in addition, may apply cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below:

 

Room release can be made without penalties up to 6 months prior to arrival date and any amount paid up to day of cancellation, except from deposit of £250, can be refunded. (UK 3 months excluding deposit) 

Room cancellations made 3 months prior arrival are non refundable. (UK 1 month)

 

 

4. CANCELLATION BY US

Yoga Blissipline reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel your holiday at any time up to 10 weeks before the start date, in which case we will offer a refund in full of all monies paid for your holiday. Yoga Blissipline will not be responsible for any monies you have paid for other travel such as flights or transfers , so please make sure you have adequate cancellation insurance in place.

 

Important Notes

(a) Compensation payments will not apply if payment for your holiday has not been received by Yoga Blissipline by the stipulated payment date.

(b) Compensation will not be paid if Yoga Blissipline is forced to cancel or in any way change your holiday due to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, or other circumstances which threaten people attending the retreat. 

 

5. FLIGHTS

We do not book flights for our clients. We may recommend suitable flights, trains and provide directions but Yoga Blissipline is not responsible for your travel plans and arrangements. It is your responsibility to confirm your flight times and check in with your airline before your outward and return journey.

 

 

6. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

(a) We accept responsibility for ensuring that the Retreats/holidays that you book with us are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.

(b) Optional trips booked locally are not our responsibility. However please note the following: -

There are risks inherent with any activity holiday and with physical exercise such as yoga. We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor before travel to advise on your ability to undertake strenuous exercise. You should make him/her and us aware of any medical condition which may affect your ability and comfort when undergoing vigorous exercise.

We ask that you complete our confidential consultation form and let us know if you have a particular pre-existing injury or medical condition when you book so that we can make sure you will be able to fully enjoy your yoga break.

 

7. COMPLAINTS

If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform me or a member of the hotel immediately, and we will endeavour to assist you in any way we can. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you must advise us in writing on your return.

 

 

8. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas and any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements.

 

9. THE CONTRACT

This contract is made on the terms of these Booking Conditions, which are governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
