Service Description
You can expect a flow of postures where: - Breath and movement are synchronised - There is sun salutations, a main flow and holds of standing and balancing postures. - The sequence of postures and transitions warms you up, challenges you but does not burn you out. ღ This class is great if you want to increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, ability to be present and also reduce levels of stress

If you have booked your space, and then are unable to attend, you can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before class start time. If you have a bundle of classes, the class won't be redeemed from it.
