Service Description
An accesible practice for all. The first half of practice is an invitation to move the body, echoing the rhythm of a slow, gentle and embodied practice that supports the release of tension of both body and mind and cultivates a more meditative state and the perfect conditions to sink into rest as you settle into soft and nurturing floor-based yin yoga poses. Yin yoga works with simple postures (nothing fancy) mainly done seated or lying down, where you experience longer times (3-5 minutes) in each posture. This encourages therapeutic compression in the connective 'Yin' tissues of the body such as ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and bones. Yin Yoga is a "passive" practice which works in combination with myofascial lines, sinew channels, and Chinese Medicine Meridian Theory to assist us in creating more balance physically, mentally and energetically.

Cancellation Policy
Class cancelation can be done up to 2 hours before class start time. If you have a bundle of classes, the class won't be redeemed from it once you've canceled. Classes can be rescheduled (on the app) up to one hour before class start time. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or non-attendance, regardless of the reason. Courses: Payments for the course are non-refundable. If unable to attend the duration of the course after paying for it, you can transfer your space to a friend or family member. By registering and paying, you acknowledge and accept this no-refunds policy.
