To Join a class please fill out the form below . All classes are on a "pay-as-you-go" basis, so no need to pay in advance but please if you reserve a space, and then are unable to attend, let me know at least a day in advance so someone else can join the class =)

Private classes are £35 for a 60 or 75 minutes class (between 9:00am -5:00pm). Any time after that and weekends £40. For more than 2 people per class, there will be an extra charge. Please Enquire

Yoga Etiquette

  1. Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class. 
  2. Try not to eat too much at least 1 hour prior to yoga practice. 
  3. Wear comfortable clothes. 
  4. Purchase a yoga mat if you know you will practice often. I do rent yoga mats for £1 per session, but having your own mat supports your commitment to your practice and ensures its cleanliness.
  5. Remove your shoes when entering the studio. 
  6. Put your cell phone on airplane mode during the class. 
  7. Notify me of injuries or medical conditions. This helps me know how to assist you and give you modifications.
  8. Be consistent in your practice, be patient and compassionate with yourself.
