According to yoga tradition, the subtle body is a part of you that you can’t see or touch—it’s where your energy flows, and this is called the energy body. There are seven key points in the subtle body that are thought to be vortexes of energy, known as chakras. When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances that manifest in symptoms such as anxiety, lethargy, or poor digestion. A well-tuned asana practice can free up energy and stimulate an imbalanced chakra, paving the way for that wonderful internal shift for which yoga is known.

In this event , we will stimulate energy flow, hence a sense of health to the main 7 chakras in the body as a potent way of harnessing and shifting your energy in the direction you want it to go.

This event will include meditation, sounds and yin yoga postures (which are passive postures held for 2 to 5 minutes) that help resonate and balance these centres energy centres, thus preventing and removing blockages in the pathways of energy

After this, PositiviTEA for chakra balancing will be served to allow an internal absorption of the whole experience, and to finalise, the incredible Sound Master Monika Kralj (coming all the way from Bristol!) will bathe us in powerful healing sounds to attune us into higher frequencies and bless each centre ; calling in health, peace, harmony and contentment.
