About The Event
Winter, both from an Ayurvedic perspective and Traditional Chinese Medicine lens, is a time that requires extra time of stillness, rest, and inwardness. Since, it is not always possible to diminish sensory stimulation at home or at work, this evening invites you to carve out space from the everyday to enter a quiet, restful experience as a means to down-regulate your nervous system and build the sustenance that will hold you throughout this season.
