About The Event
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is a time of rest, reflection, restoration and storage. With dark short days, nature calls on us to turn inwards to this very yin season, winter. This is a perfect time of the year to put some energy into our reserves though the nourishment of yin postures, warm tea and a potent sound bath.
~ ♡ ~
Bring equilibrium to your lives by practicing healing postures, breath work, reflection, and more guided by Amor. Take a pause to sip a tea while you witness the effects of the practice. Then, be bathed in sound vibrations from Native American flute, drum, gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tongue drum and the angelic voice of Heather. This sound bath will help shift your brain and body into a more relaxed state, allowing for deeper meditation. Support your ability to re-wire your nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and deeply rest. This is a wonderful way to end the weekend feeling calm, grounded, and at peace.
Awaken to the power of deep rest through this moment of blissful nourishment which :
~ Supports immune function and promotes a deep recharging of the nervous system. ~ Stimulates the body’s relaxation response and potent healing mechanisms ~ Releases stress and tension, giving your body the ease and lightness it craves ~ Cultivates inner calm
