The SPACE & FLOW Yoga method is a movement and postural practice aiming to promote and cultivate curiosity and fluidity, both in the way we move and sense ourselves and in how we think of ourselves amongst others. 

This masterclass will be an introduction to the S&F vocabulary and an opportunity to move through yoga sequences which prioritise transitions over postures whilst still giving everyone the possibility to pause where and where postures can be revealed and enjoyed.

The movement masterclass is open to anyone who wants to explore the idea of being lost in space and flow, no matter what level you are at in your practice.

About Raphan

Raphan Kebe is an international somatic movement teacher and trainer who offers grounded and practical teachings focused on helping conscious, intuitive and artistic teachers to share their practice of yoga, movement and somatic inquiry.

Raphan’s creativity and curiosity led him to develop his own innovative movement method - Space & Flow - which he teaches online and through in-person workshops worldwide.
