About The Event

According to Chinese Five Elements, Spring  is a time when we are bursting forth with new energy in a season that is fertile with creation, plans  and expansion.

During these 2 hours together, we plant seeds for a more relaxed, easy-going internal environment that eventually blossoms into a more balanced state of being that not only decreases anger and frustration, but also brings more equilibrium, clarity and purpose. .

You can expect:

  • A brief talk about the Wood element and its corresponding meridians (Liver & Gallbladder) through a Chinese Medicine lens
  • Breathing practices to soothe the wood element
  • Qigong
  • Yin yoga postures that enhance a restful state
  • Sound Bath

When the wood element is out of balance, we may become easily irritated, angry or frustruated. Phyisically, we may experience migraines due to hormonal issues, headaches, tendinitis, hypertension, eye problems, heartburn, PMS, fibroids, muscular tension, tics, tremors, spasms or moving pains.
