A peaceful blend of restorative yoga and sound bath. Soften into supported poses designed for deep relaxation and presence, accompanied by the grounding tones of Tibetan singing bowls and the pure vibrations of crystal singing bowls ~ interwoven with nourishing silence.

No yoga experience necessary. Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate relaxation and health. We use the postures as an entry to nervous system regulation. We don't seek sensation but rather rest and restoration.

Please note that sound baths are suitable for most people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. If you have epilepsy, a fitted pacemaker, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, unfortunately this event is not ideal for you.
