No yoga experience necessary. Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate relaxation and health. We use the postures as an entry to nervous system regulation. We don't seek sensation but rather rest and restoration.

Please note that sound baths are suitable for many people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please do not book if these conditional apply to you.
