Join Chrissie for an evening to gather in community and dive into the practices that tend to the soft, loving nature of your heart.

Together we’ll seek to settle the often busy mind, and in relinquishing the need to “know” allow the mind to take a seat within the deeper knowing of your heart, creating the safe space for those innate heart qualities to arise ~ qualities of patience, compassion, warmth, trust, faith and such the like.

This session will include:

• Centring meditation practice that nurtures mind & heart coherence
• Self reflection/ journaling
• Kirtan
• Guided relaxation infused with Reiki (energy healing) from the amazing Becky Johnson

Come comfortable & warm! Bring along any props that help you to feel deliciously held/ supported for relaxation. A journal and something to write with will be useful. And if you'd like to bring anything personal to place in the altar to be charged to take home with you please do!
