A unifying practice that rekindles the inner flame and leads us closer to an innerstanding of our multi-layered existence through the practices of mindful breathing, movement meditation and asana dwelling, conscious exploration of sensations, perceptions, feelings and mind states. Chrissy will offer a Thai yoga massage demo and her soothing voice will then lead you onto the depths of your Being through a yoga nidra journey where your senses will be reawakened through a Kirtan session, that will consist of call and response until all voices merge into one. This will be open invitation to access your higher vibrational states and take full residence in your heart.
