About The Event

Join us for a fun exploration of dynamic stretching, active flexibility drills and techniques and how you can integrate them into your yoga/movement practice not only to gain flexibility for backbends but also strength in your new range of motion. This is for any practitioner with a regular yoga practice and comfortable with the foundations of vinyasa flow, and anyone who enjoys a challenge and trying new ways of moving Expect to sweat, laugh and surprise yourself! You'll take home some essential tools to improve your backbend practice Investment: £30 Regular Yoga Blissipline students: £25 This workshop will be led by Rebecca Hanah, an international Yoga Teacher and Movement Coach whose practice and teaching skills make her unique with a gracious balance of flexibility, strength and mobility. Rebecca Hannah has a yogic background in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flows, Yogic Arts, KiDo Kids Yoga and so much more.  Her yoga expertise spans from England to Thailand to China.  She has taught from Ibiza, Spain, to Kenya, Africa and from Mexico to California.  Rebecca is affectionately known as Pixie for her size and spritely demeanor.  You can follow her on Instagram and Facebook to see her amazing practice @RebeccaHannahYoga
