Few other disciplines allow the practitioner to get a workout, have a much-needed cry and improve one’s desire to recycle, all in one go. Although yoga is one of the most complete movement disciples out there, there are some small changes that can help your practice become more sustainable, making injuries a thing of the past. Celest love for optimal, human movement has inspired her to take a closer look at the yoga practice and how it impacts the body. When people do this workshop they are amazed at what they learn about their own bodies. Celest is a London based yoga teacher, educator and physiotherapist. She has a fun, non-dogmatic and “modern” approach to yoga, with a dose of anatomy and biomechanics woven in. Her passion is to incorporate knowledge about the human body, so you can stay healthy into and beyond your 80's and 90's. Her enthusiasm and passion for human movement is infectious. If anatomy knowledge was what she needed to be president, she's be running the show by now. In mean time, let her run all her top tips by you.
