About The Event

During the workshop, we will do preparatory drills that activate the muscles and joints in the body ready for arm balances, so that you can take flight and balance on your hands with confidence.

A requirement for this class is to confidently do crow pose and chaturanga since they will be the start point to progress from , we will explore the vast range of possibilities that stem from that particular base of support.

We will explore flying pigeon, grass hopper, different variations of transitioning to and out of crow as well as others + and

forearm stand ( if there's enough time) ♥

Inversions and arm balances are the best ways to test your inner trust, practice patience, become stronger and more resilient overcome fear and remind yourself that life is not as serious as our mind makes it out to be !

Note: Expect to learn and surprise yourself, but do not expect to be able to do everything on this one day, like everything in life, certain things take time and patience, you will indeed learn lots about your body and how to use it to transcend self-limiting beliefs ♥
