Candle-lit Yin Yoga for the spine
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga in which postures (mainly passive floor postures) are held for longer periods of time (between 3 to 5 minutes) which allows us to work the deeper "yin" tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and even our bones.

About The Event
* There are two sessions, one from 6:30 to 7:30pm and another one from 8 to 9pm
This is a great practice for everyone and anyone, especially those who experience stiffness, tension or tightness along the spine, hips and hamstrings.
Some of the benefits of yin yoga are :

- Greater joint mobility.
