About The Event
Continuing with the 8 limbs of yoga, in this occasion we will delve in two of the latter limbs which are the introspective practice of Pratyahara, withdrawal/controlling of the senses, along with Dharana which corresponds to concentration of the mind or the ability to hold a single-pointed focus needed for meditation . Yin yoga postures will aim to deepen our capacity to bear witness while the movement or shifting of the energy in the body and mind take place
* There are two sessions, one from 6:00 to 7:00pm and another one from 7:30 to 8:30pm
