About The Event

Continuing with the 8 limbs of yoga, in this occasion we will delve in two of the latter limbs which are the introspective practice of Pratyahara, withdrawal/controlling of the senses,  along with Dharana which corresponds to concentration of the mind or the ability to hold a single-pointed focus needed for meditation . Yin yoga postures will aim to deepen our capacity to bear witness while the movement or shifting of the energy in the body and mind take place

* There are two sessions, one from 6:00 to 7:00pm and another one from 7:30 to 8:30pm

This is a great practice for every and any adult, especially those who experience stiffness, tension or tightness along the spine, hips and hamstrings.

Some of the benefits of yin yoga are :

- Stillness: calms and balances the mind and body.

- Stress and anxiety reduction.

- Increased circulation.

- Improved flexibility.

- Fascial release.

- Greater joint mobility.

- Balance to the internal organs and improved flow of chi or prana through meridian stimulation.
