Close your eyes, relax, and submerge yourself in a world of healing postures, breath, meditation and sound. Amor will lead you through yogic breathing practices, meditation and yin yoga postures, followed by harmonious sound bath/therapy guided by the amazing Heather to help move you towards a calm, relaxed and deeply aware state of being.

Join Amor & Heather for a restorative evening of deep nourishment, multilayered 2 hours class blending pranayama, meditation & yin and restorative postures along with sound therapy at the end of the practice. Sound vibrations from Native American flute and drum, gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tongue drum and much more that will help shift your brain and body into a more relaxed state, allowing for deeper meditation.
