About The Event
Join us for a nurturing 2-hour workshop as we align with the energy of Autumn in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This season is associated with the Lungs and Large Intestine meridians. These organs that govern breathing, letting go, and immune health.
Just as nature releases its leaves, this is a powerful time to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and cultivate inner spaciousness.
Your breathing directly influences your nervous system, heart rate, stress levels, digestion, sleep, pain perception, and immune function. Learn the what, how and why of breathing techniques knowing that by adapting how you breathe, you can positively transform how you feel, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In this workshop we will gently explore breathing as both a practical skill and a meditative practice.
