Private classes are 60 or 75 minutes as requested, price remains the same.
Class bundles must be used within same year of purchase.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
I honour your bookings, however, no refunds are given on same day cancellations.
If you have a card, class will be considered as "attended" and taken off the card.
This is without exception since other yogis are unable to experience the class with such short notice.

Monday classes are perfect for new practitioners, in this class we move slowly from posture to posture and it's a great time to get a good foundation to yoga basics. Thursday's classes are dynamic and particularly good for people who are physically active (practice any sport or enjoy challenges).
Spaces for all classes are limited.
If you would like to join a class, send me a message so I can save a space for you. In case you have reserved your space, and then are unable to attend, please let me know at least 24 hours before the class and I can reschedule your next class, if notice is given less than a day in advance and you have a bundle of classes, the class will be counted as attended.
If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it with you. Otherwise you could rent a mat for £1 (free with first class only)
Private classes are £45 for either a 60/75 minutes session
A private class is ideal for those new to yoga, working with a particular condition, and/or want something in particular out of the practice; whether it is to calm and relax the mind, have a gentle soothing stretch, treat an injury through yoga or to become more flexible. This class is planned according to your particular needs and are a great place to build a safe strong foundation.
* Private classes need to be booked at least a week before the class as I have limited availability.
